Day 54

  Woke up to 14" drifts...we were suppose to get  about 8 inches. With the wind drifts on the driveway were a lot higher. So much for going into town today.
One of the farm hands just plowed the lane leading to the road. Will check it out in a bit. How much snow before they close the schools??? I remember that as a kid in Indiana..huddled around the kitchen table listening to the radio announcer calling out school closures..crossing fingers mine would be next!
