Blending Fiber With Bob Lanaghan

Class Fee $50.00
Instructor: Robert Lanaghan
RSVP only a few spots left...prepay
 If you are a handspinner, or felter and would like to know how to prepare fleece for spinning, this is a class to help you become familiar with making rolags and learn the difference between worsted and woolen spinning. Participants will work with washed wool, card it for spinning. Participants will also have an opportunity to blend fibers and experiment with mixing colors. Materials fee: $10.00. Please bring cash for the materials fee paid directly to the instructor.

 It was family Sunday and we headed out to Scott County Park for Pioneer Days ..and these are my Rough and tough characters! Jon, Scott and Jesse.  Okay maybe not as rough as ......


.....this man.......one of the cowboy gunfighters......but my guys still are awesome!!!

I LOVE THE WEATHERED WOOD BENCHES AND  WALKWAYS!
Reminds me of Rawhide in Arizona. I miss my cowboy roots.

There is so much to see and do in Iowa during the summer it is difficult trying to narrow down what activities we will do. We certainly enjoy our time together,regardless of the destination.

Day 251 Tip, Sip & Knit - Friday night fun!

Brenda brought her own Mason Jar full of yum...uhhhh...Rum....and she shared !
